Recently purchased an expensive Stairmaster Stepmill from Total Body Experts (TBE). The deliverer / installer failed to install the machine correctly. It required one phone call to TBE’s Sandy Martinez to rectify the problems. Sandy immediately took actions to ensure that the issues would resolved quickly. A (Stairmaster) service rep showed up within 48 hours of my call to Sandy and all the problems were corrected. A real pleasure to deal with this company and to have this level of customer service… Highly recommended!

I have purchased several pieces of exercise equipment over the years and this was the best experience yet. I would highly recommend these guys for all your exercise equipment purchases. Marc was extremely helpful, provided the best price and was very responsive. I received better customer service than I would have received walking into a store and I was able to do everything over the phone. Marc was very good about following up and making sure that the equipment arrived, was installed correctly and that I was happy with my purchase. You don't get this kind of customer service in a retail store. Once they make the sale they never think about you again, not with Total Body Experts. I will definitely purchase all future equipment from Total Body Experts.

I was somewhat apprehensive that it would be difficult to place in my basement,but the company did a great job analysing my space before I purchased the unit. The delivery and install went very smooth, with no surprises. They are a first rate professional company. Would highly recommend them.
