I ordered a Schwinn indoor bike from them and the experience was great! The customer service, speed of delivery and pricing was fantastic. It has been so hard to get fitness equipment the last 1.5 years and they have everything in stock! I had a great experience and will be placing another order very soon.

The customer service was excellent. The communication from ordering, when it left warehouse, when it got to my market and when the local team got to my home for delivery was excellent. The follow up to make sure I'm pleased with the service and product was equally excellent. The one area they can improve is communication regarding delivery assistance. I told the sales person that I needed help getting the stair master into the dedicated room. She told me that it would be an extra charge of $200. I paid the extra fee, but the delivery team got here and said I only purchased a "threshold" delivery. Meaning they could only get it inside the door and leave it there without helping me get it into the room. I had to tip the delivery team an extra $200 to get their help moving it to the actual room. I should have been made aware of this prior to delivery.

Fantastic customer service! Steve was personable and easy to reach. Initially I emailed with a question and he reached back out, called us to help. When our product was shipped we had concerns about delivery up our steep. snowy driveway and I emailed the shipping department and Miriam was quick to respond, friendly and very helpful! She made sure I had all the information I needed and checked into it as well! I was able to call the shipping facility to make arrangements.
