xThe BodyKore 3station multi-gym is perfect for full-body strength building. The stations include a lat pull down/chest press station, Leg Extension/Curl Station, and a seated leg press. Each station is equipped with a 220lb weight stack and the necessary cable attachments.

- Grip retained with aluminum collars, preventing them from slipping during use.
- Standard rubber feet protect the base of the frame and prevent the machine from slipping.
- Adjustable pulley station with side handles for stability.

- Fixed triceps extension station with side handles and back cushion.
- 3 Use-Chest Press/Seated Row/Lat Pulldown Station: The chest press can be adjusted to a seated row and also overhead ab crunch station.
- Lat Pulldown Bar can be stored when not in use.
- Chest Press has 7 adjustments so can be turned into a seated row.
- 4 Grip Handles for targeting different areas of the chest/back.
