NATURAL & COMFORTABLE MOVEMENT

The Aspire Elliptical features an 18" stride length designed around extensive biomechanics research and years of study into how the body interacts with a cross-trainer. The result is a smooth, natural-feeling elliptical path that closely resembles an exerciser's natural running stride.

Oversized 15" pedals and a narrow 3" minimum spacing between foot pedals help support a comfortable workout experience. Central fixed support handlebars and moving handles provide multiple hand positions for stability and full-body engagement.
