Performance rowing pushes exercisers to the best of their ability. The powerfully designed Heat Row provides accurate power readings and 100 resistance levels that allow exercisers to adjust their workouts to any level of intensity.

Life Fitness is known for product design that enhances the exerciser experience. The Heat Row follows that approach. Features like quick-release ratchet foot straps and a 300 degree resistance knob accessible from the catch position contribute to a workout that's rewarding and inviting.

Control buttons on the handle of the Heat Performance Row allow the exerciser to toggle between Training, Comparative and Technique console screens quickly.
