The Life Fitness Lower Body Arc Trainer is a versatile alternative-motion cross-trainer designed to deliver a highly adaptable, low-impact cardio experience. The Arc Trainer functions as a unique 3-in-1 cardio machine, allowing exercisers to glide at lower inclines, stride at medium inclines, or climb at higher inclines. This versatility makes it suitable for everything from long cardio sessions and interval training to workouts focused on power and strength.

THREE WAYS TO TRAIN

The wide 21-level incline range creates multiple workout experiences within one machine:
