LIFE FITNESS TOTAL BODY ARC TRAINER

The Life Fitness Total Body Arc Trainer is a versatile alternative-motion cross-trainer designed to deliver effective total-body workouts with less stress on the knees than walking. Moving arms with multi-grip handles engage both the upper and lower body, while the machine's adaptable motion and incline range allow exercisers to customize their training experience.

The Arc Trainer is a unique 3-in-1 cardio machine, allowing users to glide at lower inclines, stride at medium inclines, or climb at higher inclines. This versatility supports everything from long cardio sessions and interval training to power and strength-focused workouts.

TOTAL-BODY TRAINING

Unlike the Lower Body Arc Trainer, the Total Body Arc Trainer features moving handles with multiple grip positions and remote resistance controls. This allows users to engage the upper body while training the lower body for a more complete workout experience.

Cruiser grips provide additional hand positioning options, helping users find a comfortable and effective training position.

THREE WAYS TO TRAIN

The 21-level incline range creates three distinct movement styles:

• Glide — Lower incline positions for smooth, low-impact movement
• Stride — Medium incline positions for a natural cross-training experience
• Climb — Higher incline positions for more demanding workouts

With a 24" stride length and only 3" of minimum spacing between foot pedals, the Arc Trainer provides a comfortable and natural movement path.

The Total Body Arc Trainer features 100 resistance levels and a two-stage drive system with a brushless eddy current brake and generator. With resistance up to 1,200 watts, it supports everything from steady-state cardio to demanding interval and power-focused workouts.
