Nautilus Inspiration Adjustable Back Extension

Nautilus Inspiration Adjustable Back Extension is designed to support focused lower-back, glute, and hamstring training with five adjustable exercise positions ranging from 35° to 55°. Telescoping pad adjustments accommodate users of different sizes, while oversized thigh stabilization pads and stabilization grips provide support and control during exercise.

Weight plate pegs provide convenient storage for small plates that can be used for added resistance. Integrated grips and transport wheels make the bench easy to reposition, while wear guards and rubber feet help protect the equipment and surrounding floor.
