The Nautilus Impact® Deltoid Fly is designed to provide a controlled, effective workout for the shoulders and upper body. The Impact Strength line combines proven biomechanics with user-focused features, including adjustable range of motion, gravity-assisted positioning, a ratcheting seat adjustment, and the patented Lock N Load® weight selection system.

Built for commercial strength environments, the Deltoid Fly features a fixed movement path, unilateral movement, converging and diverging movement options, and a 220 lb weight stack with 5 lb incremental progression.
