Nautilus Impact® Deltoid Raise

The Nautilus Impact® Deltoid Raise is a commercial strength machine designed to isolate the medial deltoids through a controlled lateral raise movement. Its guided movement path helps reduce momentum and maintain focus on the shoulders, making it an effective addition to upper-body strength circuits.

The Impact Strength line combines proven biomechanics with practical user features designed for efficient and progressive strength training. The Deltoid Raise features a biomechanically refined cam and true 1:1 weight ratio to provide consistent resistance throughout the movement.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides intuitive resistance selection, while the 5 lb incremental weight system allows users to make smaller adjustments for progressive training. A ratcheting seat adjustment and gravity-assisted positioning help simplify setup for different users.
