The Nautilus Impact® Shoulder Press is part of the Impact Strength line, which combines proven biomechanics with practical user features for efficient and progressive strength training. This machine provides a controlled, fixed-path pressing movement designed for focused shoulder training in commercial fitness facilities.

The Shoulder Press features bilateral movement and a 1:1 pulley ratio, providing consistent resistance throughout the exercise. Its adjustable seat uses a ratcheting mechanism with gravity-assisted positioning to help users establish the appropriate training position.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system uses intuitive, color-coded switches to engage the weight with a simple flick, eliminating loose weight-selection pins. The 5 lb incremental weight system and available 5 lb add-on resistance allow users to make smaller progression adjustments.
