Nautilus Inspiration® Vertical Row

Nautilus Inspiration® Vertical Row

Build a stronger, more defined back with the Nautilus Inspiration Vertical Row, a premium commercial strength machine designed to target the mid and upper back with smooth, natural biomechanics. Its diverging axis follows the body's natural movement pattern while helping users achieve a controlled range of motion.

The Vertical Row provides both unilateral and bilateral movement, allowing users to train each side independently or both sides together. Three hand-grip positions provide additional exercise versatility, while the adjustable torso stabilization pad helps support users of different sizes and maintain proper positioning throughout each repetition.

An ergonomic wrap-around gas-assist seat provides convenient adjustment and comfortable positioning. The Lock N Load® weight selection system allows quick resistance changes without traditional pins, with incremental add-on weight for more precise progression.
