Description

Nautilus Mid Row is designed to target and strengthen the muscles of the middle back and shoulders. Its adjustable resistance and swiveling pulley allow users to customize their workout intensity and positioning.

Designed as a space-efficient addition to the Nautilus Multi-Station, the Mid Row provides focused back training while maintaining the flexibility of the cable-based system. It can be added to new Nautilus Multi-Station orders or retrofitted onto existing units in the Low Row position.
