The machine features a biomechanically refined cam designed to provide a true 1:1 weight ratio and consistent resistance throughout the lifting movement. A ratcheting seat adjustment and gravity-assisted positioning help users establish a comfortable and effective training position.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system uses intuitive, color-coded switches to engage the selected weight, eliminating loose pins and simplifying resistance changes. The 5 lb incremental weight system also allows users to make smaller adjustments for progressive strength training.
