Nautilus Impact® Chest Press

The Nautilus Impact® Chest Press is designed to build pressing strength in the pecs, anterior deltoids, and triceps through a controlled horizontal push. The movement mimics barbell or dumbbell bench pressing while providing a guided path and consistent resistance, making it well suited for progressive upper-body training in commercial fitness facilities.

An adjustable pre-stretch allows users to fine-tune their range of motion based on comfort or training goals. The machine features a biomechanically refined cam and a true 1:1 weight ratio to provide consistent resistance throughout the movement.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides convenient resistance changes, while the 5 lb incremental weight system supports gradual progression. Pull-pin adjustment and gravity-assisted positioning further simplify setup for users.
