Nautilus Impact® Chin Dip Assist

The Nautilus Impact® Chin Dip Assist provides guided assistance for chin-up and dip exercises, helping users perform these challenging upper-body movements with controlled resistance. Part of the Impact Strength line, it combines proven biomechanics with practical adjustments designed for commercial fitness facilities.

The machine features a fixed-path movement, bilateral training, and a 1:1 pulley ratio. A user-defined range of motion and gravity-assisted positioning help users establish their preferred training setup.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides simple, intuitive resistance selection using color-coded switches. The 5 lb incremental weight system allows users to make smaller resistance adjustments as they progress.
