The Nautilus Impact® Dip Machine provides controlled compound pressing to target the chest, shoulders, and triceps from a stable seated position. Part of the Impact Strength line, it combines proven biomechanics with practical user adjustments for effective commercial strength training.

The guided movement mimics the pressing action of bodyweight dips while providing added stability and a 1:1 pulley ratio. A user-defined range of motion, gravity-assisted positioning, and easy ratcheting seat adjustment help users establish their preferred training position.

The machine features the patented Lock N Load® weight selection system, allowing users to select resistance with intuitive color-coded switches instead of traditional weight-stack pins. The 5 lb incremental weight system also supports gradual progression during strength training.
