Nautilus Impact® Fixed Lat Pull Down

The Nautilus Impact® Fixed Lat Pull Down is a commercial strength machine designed to build upper-body pulling strength by targeting the latissimus dorsi while engaging the shoulders and arms. Its fixed pulling path provides guided movement that helps users maintain consistent positioning throughout each repetition.

An optimized strength curve delivers a 1:1 weight ratio, providing direct and consistent resistance during the exercise. Gravity-assisted positioning also helps simplify setup for users of different experience levels.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides quick and convenient resistance changes, while the 5 lb incremental weight system allows for controlled progression. This makes the Impact Fixed Lat Pull Down a practical choice for commercial gyms and strength-training circuits.
