Nautilus Impact® Lat Pull Down

The Nautilus Impact® Lat Pull Down is a commercial strength machine designed to strengthen the lats, biceps, and shoulders through a free-moving bar path that encourages a natural range of motion. It provides an effective way to develop upper-body pulling strength as part of a comprehensive strength-training program.

The machine features a true 1:1 weight ratio for direct resistance and a 260 lb weight stack for challenging workouts. Gravity-assisted positioning helps simplify setup, while the free-moving bar path allows users to perform the exercise with a more natural movement pattern.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides convenient resistance changes, and the 5 lb incremental weight system allows for controlled progression. Its design makes it well suited for commercial gyms and full-body strength circuits.
