Nautilus Impact® Low Row

The Nautilus Impact® Low Row is a commercial strength machine designed to strengthen the lats, rhomboids, and biceps through a controlled horizontal pulling movement. Its biomechanically focused design provides an effective way to develop balanced upper-body pulling strength for commercial gyms and strength-training facilities.

The machine features a 1:1 weight ratio to provide direct, consistent resistance throughout the exercise. Its design supports smooth movement and biomechanical accuracy, making it suitable for back-focused circuits as well as full-body strength programs.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides convenient resistance changes, while the 5 lb incremental weight system allows users to make smaller adjustments as they progress.
