Nautilus Impact® Seated Leg Curl

The Nautilus Impact® Seated Leg Curl is a commercial-grade strength machine designed to target the hamstrings while keeping the hips flexed. This positioning places the hamstrings in a lengthened position for focused muscle engagement while providing a supported and stable seated training experience.

A biomechanical cam and 1:1 weight ratio provide smooth, consistent resistance throughout the movement. The machine also features a ratcheting seat and pull-pin adjustment to help users establish the appropriate training position.

The patented Lock N Load® weight selection system provides quick and convenient resistance changes, while the 5 lb incremental weight system allows for controlled progression. Gravity-assisted positioning further improves ease of use during setup.
