The system features vertically adjustable pulleys, swivel pulley movement, stabilization handles, and a 2:1 pulley ratio for flexible cable-based training. The integrated Lock N Load® weight selection system provides intuitive resistance selection, while the integrated pull-up station adds another upper-body training option.
