Schwinn Aetherion Bike - New for 2027

Made by the same Schwinn manufacturer that brought you the beloved Schwinn AC Performance for the last two decades, the Schwinn Aetherion integrates modern technology with the trusted quality of Schwinn commercial indoor cycling bikes.

Aetherion is built for studios that ride to the rhythm of the road, focusing on feel, flow, and community connection. Its steel frame, magnetic resistance, and multi-position handlebars deliver a natural, responsive ride that works for both HIIT intervals and endurance formats. With Smooth or Road drivetrain options, facilities can match the experience to their coaching style. Designed for reliability and low maintenance, Aetherion is the premier choice for unplugged, instructor-led classes—delivering the consistency that keeps classes full and members coming back.

Drivetrain Options:

S (Smooth Poly V) — for a quiet, fluid ride. It is a smooth, ribbed belt designed for rhythm-based studios or home riders who want a perfectly fluid, silent, and friction-free pedal stroke.

R (Road, Toothed Carbon Belt) — for an outdoor-inspired feel. The same carbon blue belt technology featured on the Schwinn AC collection. It uses a carbon fiber-reinforced belt with teeth for a distinct, crisp, and high-inertia tactile feedback of an outdoor chain drive, but without the grease, noise, or maintenance.

Console Options:

Cadence Pro Console:

Keep the focus on the ride with simple, distraction-free performance tracking. Cadence Pro delivers core metrics like time, distance, calories, and RPM in a clean, easy-to-read display—perfect for rhythm-driven classes and instructors focused on fundamentals.

Zone Console:

Coach smarter. Train deeper. Keep riders coming back.

The Zone Console unlocks the full potential of group cycling by turning live data into clear, coachable moments. With real-time, color-coded Zone Training, instructors can coach by heart rate, power (FTP), or cadence (RPM), adapting every class to the room in front of them. Riders see exactly where they are, what to push for, and how today’s effort compares to yesterday’s best.

Compatible with the Schwinn Aetherion+ Bike, this console is built for studios that value motivation and measurable progress, Zone blends live feedback, personal benchmarks, and light gamification to keep energy high and results visible. The outcome is more engaged riders, more confident instructors, and programming that delivers every session.
