The Throwdown FXD Bench is a compact, versatile training bench designed for traditional strength training, HIIT, and bodyweight workouts. Completely self-contained, the FXD Bench delivers a wide range of training options while maintaining a compact footprint for both home and commercial training environments.

Its dual-articulating bench provides multiple pressing and pulling positions, while integrated resistance rails create numerous anchor points for band-based exercises. The rugged steel construction provides a stable platform for strength exercises, step-ups, glute training, and box jumps.

The compact design makes the FXD Bench easy to position in a variety of training spaces. A drop-down caster wheel and single-lever brake release make it easy to move the bench when needed.
