Throwdown HIIT Rope

The Throwdown HIIT Rope delivers a challenging full-body strength and conditioning workout through continuous rope climbing and pulling movements. It engages the back, shoulders, arms, grip, core, and legs while supporting both high-intensity interval training and steady-state endurance workouts.

Designed for versatility, the HIIT Rope can be mounted to Throwdown XTC Standard, Compact, and Alpha Rigs, or used with the Throwdown HIIT Rope Floor Stand. An optional adapter kit allows the HIIT Rope to mount to compatible non-Throwdown rigs.

The 73-00298 Adapter Kit allows the HIIT Rope to be mounted to compatible non-Throwdown rigs.

Floor Stand
The 9-TD-RPT-S-60 HIIT Rope Floor Stand provides a freestanding solution for facilities that do not have a compatible rig.

EXTERNAL PULLEY

The optional 73-00293 External Pulley expands the HIIT Rope's positioning capabilities and supports vertical, diagonal, and horizontal rope orientations for more dynamic training options.

RESISTANCE SYSTEM

The HIIT Rope features 6 levels of magnetic resistance, allowing users to adjust the intensity of their workout. The resistance is designed to be easier at the bottom and progressively harder toward the top, creating a challenging rope-pulling experience.
