The Throwdown® Power Plyo Set is a versatile plyometric training system designed for box jumps, push-ups, dips, step-ups, and other functional exercises. The set includes three individual soft plyo boxes that can be stacked and connected to create seven different jump heights, providing flexible training options for athletes of different abilities.

Each box features ultra-dense foam construction with a durable, slip-resistant vinyl cover. The wide 30" × 36" base provides a stable surface, while Velcro connections keep the boxes securely attached when stacked.
