Our product and engineering team set out to build a true one of a kind. The VForce 3IN1 brings a patented Variable Force System together with a functional trainer and an angled Smith machine in a single frame.

Defined by an adjustable Smith bar path, this advanced system delivers a higher level of control and guided strength performance.

Variable Force System

The ultra-fast resistance switching design enables rapid transitions between 1:1 and 2:1 pulley ratios, delivering up to 200 lb of resistance at 1:1 and 100 lb at 2:1 from a 200 lb weight stack.

Functional Trainer

Pivot arms move horizontally and vertically, allowing you to train in any direction and target any muscle from the same station. Two cables positioned above the pull-up bar angle inward for rear delts, tricep extensions, and flys, while two more at the bottom back of the rack cover rows, hip thrusts, and bicep curls.

Angled Smith Machine

Not many home gym racks come with an angled Smith machine. The angle adds more depth to your squat, letting you sit deeper into the movement.

J-Cups with Roller Design

A roller design keeps a heavy barbell controlled the moment it lands back on the rack.

Half Rack

Supports squats, barbell rows, overhead press, and bench press. Safety arms let you train these movements safely and securely without needing a training partner.

VForce Pivot Arm

With 6 vertical adjustment levels from -36° to 54° and 9 horizontal settings from -90° to 90°, the swing arm supports precise positioning across the full training plane to align the resistance path with each movement.

Multifunctional Handles

The angled handles provide two grip widths of 475 mm and 1,025 mm for narrow or wide training positions. The tool-free mounting system and high-strength steel construction create a secure flush fit with minimal movement under load.

Cable Adapter

Two training modes allow the cable adapter to combine both cables for total 400 lb of resistance in bilateral pulls and presses, or connect to a single cable for unilateral exercises with fast transitions and no hardware changes required.

7-Position Adjustable Footplate

Seven adjustable positions and a hand-turn knob provide quick tool-free angle changes while creating a secure foot position for stronger alignment and more consistent force throughout each movement.

Pegboard

Ten hooks and a full-width tray mount directly to the frame to keep cable attachments and handles organized within reach and off the floor. The complete storage system is included with the machine and requires no additional upgrades or accessory bundles.
